All delegates are required to remit the registration fees as stipulated in the table below.
An early bird rate is available for those who register by 30 June 2026.
For any accepted oral or poster presentation, at least one author must register and complete payment to ensure inclusion in the program. Registration must
be formalized via the online portal.

Bank transfer – upon successful on line registration, within 48h participant will receive proforma invoice to e-mail provided when registering.
Please NOTE: All bank charges should be covered by participant.
The registration will be completed upon receipt of the full payment.

Credit card – when registered on line, please contact via e-mail katija@adria-congress.com to get a credit card payment link
When payment successfully received by the Organizer, official invoice will be sent within 24h to e-mail provided when registering.
